The beta has been going well in the last few weeks. A new quiz editor was added, and other improvements to the site have been made. I will keep you updated with our progress, so stick around.

The Emerald Feathers Beta is now open to all beta testers! If you requested a beta key in March please check your e-mail. If you need any help or cannot find your beta key, please e-mail support@emeraldfeathers.com.

Beta Keys Until Saturday

The beta key distribution period has been extended to Saturday. The beta site will also be released on that day. Keys will be emailed to everyone that requested one on the day of the beta release.

The Emerald Feathers March Beta is expected to be released on Monday, March 30th to all that request a beta key. There is no limit on the amount of keys that can be distributed, so there will always be keys available during the distribution period. The beta will feature the following:

Videos Center
EF Quizzes
Blogs
Forums

There will be many more features in the final release, but only these will be released with the March Beta. Beta keys will be distributed from March 11 to March 30 to all that desire to take a peek at the new Emerald Feathers. We hope to see you soon.

One of the new features in Suite Five will be the ability for users to have multiple blogs. You can have a blog for your personal life, your work life, or anything else you desire to write about. Development on this feature is going well, and a beta version is planned to be released with the official site beta in March.

Three years ago, on this day, Emerald Feathers was born with great expectations. Today, we look back at the wondrous process we have made and create new goals for the future. Suite five, the next version of EF, will be better than ever with new features and an improved user interface. The first beta is due next month, and with the coming of the new version, we hope to create an ultimate browsing experience for everyone to love and enjoy. We hope to see you in March for the first beta and again this summer for the final release of the website.

Outline of Completed Tasks

The entire Emerald Feathers website has been recreated from scratch, including a new design and improved features. The Videos Center, which allows video sharing within the EF community, has been completed. The new version has been tremendously improved with an attractive design, new commenting system, and a simple video submission process. The Quizzes Center currently in development, which will include a new quiz creator, along with a new design. The website is expected to be released in Spring/Summer 2009, with beta testing starting in March.
