Emerald Feathers does not own or have any affiliation with the websites that use our downloads.
We only own the media created by Emerald Feathers and the original design/coding. As a consumer, you may not distribute anything on this website without the consent of the website owner
unless otherwise stated on the website or in this Terms of Service.
Emerald Feathers is not responsible for any disputes that you encounter
while using this website. Everything at this website is provide as is.
Features and Content
Emerald Feathers has the right to remove or edit any feature, content, or download found on this website at any time.
1. Premium Member Features - Emerald Feathers may alter the premium member features at any time. Premium membership may close at anytime.
EF Connect
An EF Connect account is a registration at this website. Registration is
free, but accounts may be upgraded to premium. Upgrading to premium is not
required. Emerald Feathers does not offer any refunds once payment is made. Your
EF Connect account may be banned or deleted if you have broken any of these
terms or any forum rules. Emerald Feathers will never share your information.
1. EF Photos- Emerald Feathers provides EF Connect users with a photo
sharing feature called EF Photos. Normal users have an upload limit of 20
pictures and premium members have a limit of 200 pictures. Pictures containing
illegal content, nudity, or offensive material is not allowed. Breaking this
term may result in a ban or account deletion.
Media and Services
1. Graphics- You may download any graphics that we provide for download. You may use the graphics on your
website and you may edit them in anyway you wish. The main site layout graphics are NOT be use downloaded or used in anyway without permission. All graphics here at Emerald Feathers have been made by the staff unless otherwise stated. You may not redistribute any graphics made by Emerald Feathers in anyway.
2. Films- All indie films here at this website are the property of
Emerald Feathers unless otherwise stated, and you may not redistribute them in
anyway. Videos under the "Video Center" section are property of their respective
owners.
3. EF Quizzes- EF Quizzes is a interactive quiz building service. By
creating a quiz you agree to the terms listed in this Terms of Service. You are
not allowed to post anything that relates to drug use, illegal activity,
pornography, spam, or hurtful speech. The administrators are allowed to delete
or modify any quiz created. You create and take quizzes at your own risk.
Emerald Feathers is not responsible for any quizzes made.
Scripts and Tools
Emerald Feathers provide you with scripts and
tools that you may use. You may use these scripts however you wish as long
as you pay for them if they are not provided for free. Emerald Feathers is
not responsible for any disputes that you may encounter or any errors that occur
while using scripts made by Emerald Feathers. Emerald Feathers will not be held responsible for any damages or mishaps that may occur while you are using scripts and/or tools provided on this website. Emerald Feathers may remove any script for download at any time. You may not sell or distribute the scripts found at this website. Some scripts or tools may or may not have their own Terms of Service. The price of a script may change at any time, and newer versions of a script may have a change in price.

Emerald Feathers' network sites may or may not be managed by Emerald Feathers. Network sites may have their own Terms of Service
